This Spanish / Latin-American favorite doesn’t miss out on the love most Hondurans give the dish. Regardless of its roots, today it’s become an everyday dish in many households in the country. Whether it be prepared as a way to make one chicken feed a large crowd, or just as part of the weekly menu, this classic is always a welcomed treat.
