The noni fruit is a sort of mulberry, not very known or seen in Honduras, but to those few who know about its infamous properties and advocate alternative medicine techniques, it’s praised widely for being rich in antioxidants and having many other beneficial substances that can influence a person’s health. This fruit of oriental descent is grown organically in farms, and the noni juice derived from it is famous, with many numerous claims of beneficial properties, which include its ability to fight cancer, lower cholesterol, increase energy, and help with weight loss. The juice can be prepared fresh, but it should always be approached as a medicine.  It smells rather unpleasant, and the taste is not any better…at all; but its natural medicinal properties are amazing!
